Terms of Use and Conditions

 I, Client, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively “Client,” which term shall also include Client’s parents or legal guardian if Client is under the age of eighteen [18]), knowingly and voluntarily assent to these Terms of Use and Conditions  (hereinafter “Terms”) in consideration of Client’s engagement of Mystik Monark LLC (hereinafter “Company”) and its affiliates or officers in Spiritual Counseling services including without limitation Akashic Records readings, astrology readings, energetic clearings, life coaching, spiritual counseling, spiritual guidance, tarot readings, oracle card readings, psychic readings, essential oil recommendations, wellness consultations, or life advice (hereinafter “Services”).

By engaging in the Services of Company, Client agrees and acknowledges that Client is at least eighteen (18) years of age and that Client has read and understood the content and disclaimers set forth in the Terms. Client further agrees and acknowledges that Client is of sound and sane mind with sufficient literary proficiency in the English language to provide my full legal consent to these Terms. In the event that Client is a minor individual younger than eighteen (18) years of age, then Client hereby warrants and represents that Client’s parent or legal guardian authorizes the Terms set forth herein and acts as Clients legal representative and signatory to these Terms. 

Client acknowledges and understands that the nature of the Services is for education purposes only. Client further warrants and acknowledges Client’s understanding that neither Company nor any of its affiliates, representatives, agents, managers, members, and service providers are medical healthcare professionals, psychologists, or mental health therapists. The Services shall not be construed to be or substituted for psychological counseling  or any other type of therapy or medical advice. Furthermore the Services do not constitute and shall not be considered a substitute for Client engaging the services of a certified public accountant of legal counsel. 

The Services are intended to offer insight into Client’s personal life and do not constitute legal, medical, psychological advice, or any and all other types of advice subject to legal oversight by regulatory bodies. Company’s services do not include the diagnoses of illnesses or disease. Client completely and fully understands that the given the Nature of the Services, Client and Company may address discussions that may pertain future outcomes based on potentials, possibilities, and probabilities present at the time of the delivery of Services.  Client accepts full responsibility to integrate the Services as Client deems fit and as Client is mentally, physically, and emotionally able to interpret the Services. Client further understands that due to the nature of the Services, Company cannot in good faith and conscience guarantee the accuracy or results of Client’s engagement of Company. 

Client knowingly and voluntarily accepts these Terms and hereby waives any and all rights, claim, and legal causes of action of any kind arising out of Client’s engagement of Company’s services. Client hereby holds Company harmless of any and all liability and forever discharges Company, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, heirs, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all physical, psychological – emotional, mental or otherwise – and/or financial injury that Client may suffer or experience as a result of Client’s engagement of the aforementioned Services. Client hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Releasees harmless against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by Client or anyone on behalf of Client, including attorney’s fees and any related costs. Company shall not be held liable or legally responsible for the death or other personal whether to Client to otherwise, experienced by Client after the delivery of the Services.  Company shall further bear no responsibility for the actions, choices, decisions, taken or made by Client as a results of Client’s engagement of the Services. 

Any all harm and injury perceived or otherwise experienced by Client after delivery of the Services by Company, whether real or imagined or whether a direct or indirect result of Client’s receipt of the Services, are the sole legal responsibility and liability of Client 

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and notwithstanding anything said to the contrary, Company warrants and represents that it will utilize best efforts and good faith based in ethical practices to meet Client’s requests, needs, expectations, and intentions. In consideration of Client’s engagement of Services, Company promises that it shall render the Services in a confidential and timely manner. Company promises to act to serve and render the Services with accuracy to completion. 

Client hereby chooses to purchase the Service at its own discretion. All sales pertinent to the Services and any and all other products acquired through the website http://www.mystikmonark.life are full and final. Company shall not provide any refunds for Services unless the request is in writing to Company at the following email address: support@mystikmonark.life within twenty-four (24) hours of booking said Services.

CLIENT HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CLIENT HAS CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS THAT IT IS IN PART A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. CLIENT EXPRESSLY AGREES TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE MYSTIK MONARK LLC AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND AGREES TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT CLIENT MAY OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MYSTIK MONARK LLC FOR AND ALL INJURY, REAL OR IMAGINED.
